You may see a warning about "security certificate" and an option to "Continue to this website (not recommended).". It is OK to take that option. You will be prompted for your user name and password (as you use on the school network). You should enter your user name in the form "TEIGN\ausr". If you have problems please note down as much detail as you can and report it to the Network Support Team (NST, opposite Computer Room 3 in S/T Block) as soon as possible.
